Why Private Estates Need a Different Approach
Private estates and gated properties are not straightforward to secure. Patrol patterns need to be designed around the site, agreed with the client and documented.
Police response times can also vary considerably. In rural Surrey, for example, a property in the lanes south of Dorking or the quieter stretches around Cranleigh is in a very different position to one in central Guildford. Where response times are longer, the on-site capability needs to reflect that.

Manned Guarding and Patrols
Having a trained, visible security presence on site is often the most effective deterrent against theft, vandalism and unauthorised access. Our security officers are SIA licensed, well presented and fully briefed on your site before they arrive. They carry out regular patrols, monitor entry and exit points and respond calmly and professionally to any situation that arises.
We provide both regular contracted guarding and shorter-term cover for specific periods of vulnerability, such as when a property is vacant or undergoing renovation.
Access Control and Incident Management
Our team can manage entry and exit points, operate visitor management systems and make sure only authorised individuals gain access to your property.
Our security officers are trained to manage a wide range of incidents, including disturbances, trespassers, fire evacuations and medical emergencies. Many of our staff come from backgrounds in the armed forces and emergency services, which means they bring real-world experience to situations that require a calm, decisive response.
Close Protection and Specialist Security
For clients who need personal protection as well as security for their property, our close protection teams specialise in safeguarding CEOs, dignitaries, celebrities, overseas visitors and other VIPs. We provide residential security alongside close protection, so both can be arranged through one supplier.
Our specialist security services also include security chauffeuring, surveillance and counter surveillance, and canine services, including general purpose security dogs.
